A bit shabby.

The collision detection is extremely poor, and movement relative to the direction you are facing makes it feel confusing and unresponsive. In addition, this game is a near clone of the zombie top-down shooter that came out last week. Also, once the level is cleared it takes forever to reach the next level sign. If the next level requires loading time you might as well just make it automatically level once all the enemies are dead.

An impressively unique drawing style combined with a wry sense of humor makes this mini-game a brilliant work of art :]

Innovative gameplay combined with delightful, clean graphics makes this as perfect as a game can get. The sound effects were clear, and the background music was easy on the ears. The controls were reponsive and the level of difficulty and challenge stayed balanced throughout the entire game. This is definately one of the best games out there.

The drawing style is unique and fits the storybook setting of the game. Sounds are artfully chosen, and the background music is pleasant as well. The bug that the previous reviewer mentioned didn't happen to me, the animals stopped moving once half their bodies were off the screen. All I can say is: nice job.

But if you think about it, the mass decapitation and subsequent reanimation of animals is pretty disturbing ;)

First off, you move way too slowly. After the zombies are cleared it takes forever to get from the side you entered to the side you want to go. Second, using UP and DOWN as bombs is frustrating when one hand is on WASD and the other is on the mouse. Third, I can't tell if my kicks are doing anything, or if they even work, because there is no animation, and the zombies damage themselves when they collide with you anyway. Fix these issues and you'll have yourself a better game.

Half the time the enemies spawn below the screen, making them unkillable. That combined with poor sprites, irritating static noises, seizure-inducing colors, and no thought towards gameplay left me wondering how the hell this got featured. One point towards the attempted Metroid parody.
